Our processes are aligned with the special needs of the exploration industry having high demands on products regarding security and reliability as well as environmental sustainability and guarantee the unrestricted confirmability of all processes. For the complete order processing we only use SAP as IT-Backbone, we always use only the newest versions of our totally integrated CAD\/CAM development environment to develop our products and for programming our CNC machines. Of course, the plant in Pforzheim is certified according to ISO90001ff and is accredited by our customers to manufacture components which are relevant to security.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have a long term and permanently developed Know- how in machining non-machinable and difficult to machinable materials e.g. nickel-alloys, titan- or tungsten alloys or even Inconel\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0and Hastelloy\u00ae<\/sup>.<\/p>

Our high efficient machine pool is specialized in turning, milling, drilling, honing and grinding. In addition, we have special machining installation to manufacture excentric deep-hole drilling and high-precision inside diameter matching as well as for the reliable manufacturing of special highly stressed threads for the exploration industry.<\/p>
